1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to 33kvip, the operator of the Platform.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or places a wager on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user profile associated with a single Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the balance of funds held within your Account for use on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentives granted by 33kvip subject to wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Providing false information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure without refund of any pending balances.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the 33kvip Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or through a shared device or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, all pending withdrawals being cancelled, and all Bonus Funds being forfeited.

3.3 Account Verification

33kvip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card, a valid passport, proof of address, or evidence of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal access or closure of your Account.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 33kvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

33kvip currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of the request.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Wallet within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the sending institution. 33kvip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes for standard amounts once any required verification checks have been completed. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days. 33kvip reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 33kvip Account.

4.4 Currencies

All transactions on the 33kvip Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 33kvip does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a Player prior to depositing are solely the Player's responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 33kvip may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, or other incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details. 33kvip reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings where it reasonably believes a Player has attempted to abuse or circumvent the bonus terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The following practices constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all Bonus Funds, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using prohibited betting patterns designed to extract bonus funds with minimal risk; colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements artificially.

6. Gameplay Rules and Betting

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 33kvip — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets — are subject to the specific rules for that market as published on the Platform at the time of placing the bet. In the event of a technical error that results in a bet being offered or accepted at incorrect odds, 33kvip reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to your Wallet. Void bets will be settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned).

6.2 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes on the 33kvip Platform — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and RNG-based slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — are determined by certified random number generation technology or live physical processes as applicable. 33kvip is not responsible for any technical failures on the part of the game provider that interrupt a game session. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the game outcome will be determined as per the game provider's standard disconnection policy.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

33kvip reserves the right to apply maximum winning limits per bet, per day, or per promotional period. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant game or market. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum may be reduced to the applicable maximum limit without prior notification.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;

• Registering an account on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your Account;

Breach of any of the above prohibited conduct provisions entitles 33kvip to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and take any further action permitted by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the 33kvip Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of 33kvip or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33kvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage. 33kvip's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data

12. Amendments to These Terms
